The design principles for services, as set out by the Land Registry
Board, are as follows.

The new business model will be designed around the provision
of key services to the customer.
- Opening hours will balance the needs of our customers with
the cost of providing the service. For electronic services they
are likely to increase towards 24/7 over time.
- Land Registry will support the development of commercial
services where these are viable (in market, financial and
delivery terms).
This chapter focuses on services delivered by Land Registry to
external customers. It does not cover services delivered internally. |
