    Customer Management Strategy

    Land Registry’s Customer Management Strategy will include astrategy to manage these channels and will take into account:

    • the requirements of different customer segments
    • the distinction between marketing, sales and delivery channels
    • the operational cost of providing channels
    • the possibility of influencing customer behaviour
    • the potential requirement for separate channel structures for statutory and non-statutory services
    • the requirement for back-ups and business continuity
    • the optimum hours of operation.
