Requesting a change in a sales record.

If you want to report an error in a sales record you have viewed on our subscribers’ websites please complete this page. We will then check our records and change them if necessary. You must supply both the postcode and date of sale.

You can also report a missing sale using this facility. Enter the date you think the sale was and the postcode, you will then be given the opportunity to add the details of the missing sale.
