If you need to track house price trends anywhere in England and Wales, then Land Registry has done the hard work for you! We hold the definitive records of more than 15 million sales and can supply price reports for any level from regional to postcode.
We offer reports showing aggregated data for any:
- region
- county
- local authority district
- postcode area e.g. GL
- postcode district e.g. GL1
- postcode sector e.g. GL1 2.
You can choose the start date for your report and can purchase any quarter or month going all the way back to January 1995. We can also provide separate reports for old and new properties and price bands for any quarter from 1995 to the present date. Prices start from just £20 a report.
