Standard reports

Land Registry offers a standard report service whereby Property Price Reports showing aggregated data can now be ordered for any:

• Region in England and Wales;
• County in England and Wales;
• Local Authority District in England and Wales;
• Postcode Area e.g. GL
• Postcode District e.g. GL1;
• Postcode Sector e.g. GL1 2.

We are able to provide separate reports for new and old properties and price bands for any quarter from 1995 to the present date.
