Emergent data: monthly updates of a months average price and volume of sales by type for each region, county and London Borough for the full prior year and year to date. This is available at a cost of £600 plus vat per month.
Repeat sales: number of previous sales since April 2000 of properties sold in a given month. This is available at a cost of £500 plus vat for each request
