The effect of the Land Registration (Amendment) Rules 2008 coming into force on 10 November 2008 This version of the Land Registration Rules 2003 (LRR 2003) shows the effect of amending legislation in force as of 4 August 2008. It also illustrates the effect of the changes which will be made to the LRR 2003 as a result of the coming into force of the Land Registration (Amendment) Rules 2008 on 10 November 2008. The changes which will be made are shown by strike through for the text which will be deleted and coloured red for the text which will be inserted. Links are provided to the new versions of the Schedule 1 forms. The text is believed to be accurate but you should check the original legislation to satisfy yourself on any points on which reliance will be placed. We are aware that the annotation of earlier amending legislation is not consistent throughout. This will be addressed if the opportunity arises. This version will not be updated to show any changes affecting the LRR 2003 which come into force on or after 5 August 2008.
