Land Registration Act 2002

Under the Land Registration Rules 2003, Schedule 2, the Chief Land Registrar may, if satisfied that adequate arrangements have been made or will be in place for dealing with applications and other matters by means other than post, DX or personal delivery, give notice publicising the arrangements.
