The Land Registration (Referral to the Adjudicator to HM Land Registry) Rules 2003 (S. I. 2114 of 2003) were laid before Parliament on 14 August 2003. They came into force with the Land Registration Act 2002 and Land Registration Rules 2003 on 13 October 2003.

The Rules are published by The Stationery Office. They are available both online and from bookshops of The Stationery Office Ltd.
