Commonhold

Fees

Commonhold applications will attract fees, which will be in line with the level of fees payable for other registrations. The current Land Registration Fee Order 2004 will be amended in accordance with the provisions of The Land Registration Fee (Amendment) Order 2004 (Fee Amendment Order 2004).which will come into force on 27 September 2004.

Apart from where identified in the Fee Amendment Order 2004 all normal fees apply for all transactions which occur on titles which belong to a commonhold such as searches, transfers and charges.
