Land Registration Rules 2003 (as amended)

This version of the Land Registration Rules 2003 ('the LRR 2003') shows the effect of amending legislation up to and including the Charities Act (Changes in Exempt Charities) Order 2010, which came  into force on 1 June 2010.

We show only the net result of amending legislation. Where a provision of the LRR 2003 has been amended and the amended wording is itself amended, only the effect of the most recent amending legislation is shown and referred to in the note following the rule concerned.

Brackets and explanatory notes are used to indicate the removal of text and the insertion or substitution of new text.
