Using the phone for simple requisitionsMany of our customers have said that they would like us to telephone with simple requisitions that are likely to be able to be resolved immediately. From 7 July we will begin to telephone more often where there is a discrepancy in the registered proprietors name or uncertainty about their address to be entered in the register. We hope that you will find this approach helpful and more convenient than receiving a written requisition.
