    Clause LR5

    LR5: Statement required by statute

LR5.1 Statements prescribed under rules 179 (dispositions in favour of a charity), 180 (dispositions by a charity) or 196 (leases under the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993) of the Land Registration Rules 2003.

LR5.2 This lease is made under, or by reference to, provisions of:

    Leasehold Reform Act 1967
    Housing Act 1985
    Housing Act 1988
    Housing Act 1996

    LR5.1
    - If there is a statutory requirement to enter a statement in the lease, set out that statement here or refer to the clause/schedule/paragraph in the lease which contains the statement. A typical example would be where the lease is by or in favour of a charity.

LR5.2 - Where the lease is made pursuant to one of the Acts specified in this clause, for example a 'right to buy' granted under the provisions of the Housing Act 1985, include the appropriate Act and omit or delete those that do not apply. If none of the Acts apply, delete the list.
