    Clause LR4

    LR4: Property

In the case of a conflict between this clause and the remainder of this lease then, for the purposes of registration, this clause shall prevail.

Either set out the full description of the property here or refer to the clause/schedule/paragraph of the lease that fully describes the Property; not both.

Do not delete the conflict statement in this clause. Instead insert below the statement the full description of the property or refer to the clause/schedule/paragraph of the lease that fully describes the Property - ie. '4C Pocklar Road, London N5 6RE' or '"see paragraph 10 of Schedule 1'. Use a full postal address where this is available.

If the lease specifically excludes any mines and minerals, timber and trees, roads or other physical features, include details of the exclusion in this clause or refer to the clause/schedule/paragraph of the lease that contains the appropriate information.

Where the lease relates to part of a registered title, a plan must be attached to the lease and any floor levels must be specified. If there is a conflict between the verbal description of the land and any plan referred to in this clause, the matter will be investigated and Land Registry will raise a requisition.
