Insert the full names and addresses (including postal codes) of the landlord and tenant, and where appropriate any other parties to the lease. Do not amend the headings of 'Landlord' or 'Tenant', even if the body of the lease uses a different title.
If any party is a company, include the company registration number.
For Scottish companies use prefix SC - ie. James & Co (SC124325).
For limited liability partnerships use prefix OC - ie. Johnson & James LLP (OC124325).
For a foreign company include the territory in which it is incorporated - ie. (incorporated in Japan). For 'other parties' specify their capacity, for example "management company", "guarantor" etc. If there are no 'other parties', omit or delete the heading.
