    LR2.1
    : If the landlord's title is registered, insert the title number(s) in this clause. Otherwise leave the clause blank. If the landlord's title is a pending application for registration, or a title that is subject to compulsory registration, you will need to find out which title number has been allocated to the application and add it to the clause.

    LR2.2: Use this clause to list any title number(s), other than the landlord's title or the land demised, against which entries in respect of interests referred to in clauses LR9,10,11 and 13 are required.

    Please note that in the absence of a separate application, where clause LR2.2 has been left blank but clauses LR9, 10, 11 and 13 have been completed, then under rule 72A(4) LRR 2003 Land Registry is not obliged to make any entry in the register of title
    .
