Specific applications

Each application to vary a registered lease differs according to the type of variation.

You can either select the appropriate type from the list below and go direct to that section, or use the 'Next' buttons at the bottom of each page to find out about all of the variation types.

• vary the extent of the land demised by the lease (extent increased)
• vary the extent of the land demised by the lease (extent decreased)
• vary the length of the term (term extended)
• vary the length of the term (term shortened)
• the rent (other than a rent review)
• vary the general provisions of the lease, eg. covenants.
