    Outline applications

Outline applications may be lodged to protect interests that affect commonhold titles just as with any other title. There is no paper application form. They can only be delivered electronically or orally through:

    • Telephone Services
    • Orally at any Land Registry Office.
    • Land Registry electronic services

Option 'OTH' must be used when making an outline application.

More information about interests that can be protected by Outline Applications can be found in Land Registry Practice Guide 12 - Official searches and outline applications.
