Welcome to Land Registry training material, to support business e-services
The training modules are divided into groups relating to the various services. Each set of modules is accessed from a signpost on the left or below. These are similar to the live system. Selecting any one of the signposts on the left will take you to a menu containing the training modules. You can then select the module of your choice.
In addition to the Business e-service specific modules, accessible from the signposts on the left, there are three overview modules. These modules provide an overview of the key features of the Business e-services available in Land Registry’s portal. Completing the modules will benefit new users of Land Registry’s Business e-services and users migrating from Land Registry Direct.
We recommend that everyone completes the first module: Business e-services overview - all registered users.
Completion of the other two Business e-services overview modules will depend on the portal services you are registered to use.
Please note that as we continue to develop our e-services, the look of the screens can change slightly as services are added and improved. Therefore some of the screens in the modules may not be a perfect visual representation of the live system, but are suitable for training purposes.
You can access them selecting the links below:
Business e-services overview - all registered users
Business e-services overview - network services
Business e-services overview - lenders services
Other training material will be added to this site as the services are developed and published. Please therefore check the site regularly for updates.
First-time users
If you have not used any of our online training/overview modules before, here are a few tips to help you use the material.
- Once you have selected a specific module, follow the onscreen prompts that guide you through the training.
- The navigation bar at the bottom of each screen allows you to control the flow of a module to suit your own learning pace. For example, you can use the back button if you need to read a previous screen again.
- The modules will open in a new window in your web browser. If the navigation bar does not appear on your screen or is partly hidden, change the window to full screen.
- Modules that are numbered (for example - Module 1) should be completed in numeric order as they show a process that must be completed in sequence.
Viewing these modules requires the Macromedia Flash plug-in.
