Why choose Land Registry training?

Land Registry is the authoritative source of information on land registration practice and procedure. Responsible to the Lord Chancellor and Secretary of State for Justice, we are directly involved in the development of legislation affecting registered conveyancing. This includes developing a system of electronic conveyancing that will transform the way property is bought and sold in England and Wales. Who better to advise you on how best to apply registered conveyancing procedure than our experts?

By choosing to train with us, you can benefit from:

  • expert knowledge
  • in-depth coverage of key issues in registered conveyancing that affect you
  • CPD hours

Land Registry training is currently delivered by our in-house experts via a limited number of free courses. We will continue to offer these courses but, at a time of change, and as we look to the future, we know that we can do more to better meet your needs.

These pages explain how Land Registry aims to provide a wide range of training options, including seminars, delivered in a way to suit your needs. You will find information on seminars covering a range of key topics, new training formats conducted as open events or in-company seminars, CPD-accredited electronic training modules, online training modules, a library of bulletins and practice and public guides and reference tools such as desk aids and checklists. These pages explain how to book and where to go for more information.

We also welcome any feedback or comments on what more we can do to help you.
