Customer checklist

As part of our commitment to continued improvements in education and training, and as a result of customer feedback, Land Registry has produced a series of checklists covering the most common requisition points raised. Using these will help to ensure that all documents and basic information are correct when you lodge an application. This should lead to a reduction in the number of requisitions that we have to raise enabling more applications to be completed quickly and accurately, saving time and costs both for practitioners and Land Registry.

These checklists are primarily for staff who prepare applications for registration but may also be used by others. You may want to use the checklists as a training aid for new staff or as a refresher when required. The relevant practice guides are referred to on each checklist as a quick reference should you require more detailed information on a specific topic.

To view and download the checklists, follow the links in the panel.

If you require the checklists in an alternative format please email Peter Woolstenholmes peter.woolstenholmes@landregistry.gsi.gov.uk

As we would like to hear your views, if you have any comments and suggestions about the checklists, please complete the evaluation form and send to:
