Our mission is to develop an electronic system of conveyancing that makes the process of buying and selling houses better for all involved.
E-conveyancing will be faster, easier and more secure than its paper equivalent. Everything is done electronically between computers:
- documents are 'signed' electronically in safety and delivered instantly
- data checking ensures that deeds, forms and applications are more accurate
- applications for registration are completed instantly when no technical queries arise
