This option will provide an on screen display of the register. This view of the register can be printed, but this is a working copy not an Official Copy of the register.

There is a charge of £3.00 to view each register.

In most cases the title plan will be available to view from the register. There is an additional charge of £3.00 to view each title plan selected.

This contains the details relating to the property.
Each register is in three parts:

• a description of the property and any rights that may benefit the property
• who owns the property and any restrictions upon their power to deal with the property
• further information such as mortgages or rights that may affect the property adversely.
