Enquiry by Property Description including Register View.

The Enquiry by Property Description including Register View enables the customer to view the register on screen by using just the postal address of the property.

The minimum address information required is the house number and post code.

Enquiries can be made against just the post code using a wild card search, then by paging between each result to find the appropiate entry to view.

There is no charge made for making an enquiry, but there is a charge of £3.00 to view each register selected.

In most cases the title plan will be available to view from the register. There is an additional charge of £3.00 to view each title plan selected.

The register.

This contains the details relating to the property. Each register is in three parts:

• a description of the property and any rights that may benefit the property
• who owns the property and any restrictions upon their power to deal with the property
• further information such as mortgages or rights that may affect the property adversely.
