E-lodgement: applications available within the system

You can lodge the following types of application using e-lodgement:

• Application to be registered as a person to be notified of an application for adverse possession
• Application to cancel a caution against dealings
• Change of property description
• Change of address
• Change of name by marriage or deed poll
• Death of a joint proprietor
• Application for registration of a notice of home rights
• Application for renewal of registration in respect of home rights
• Application for cancellation of a home rights notice
• Application to enter a standard form of restriction
• Application for an order that a restriction be disapplied or modified
• Application to withdraw a restriction
• Application to enter a unilateral notice
• Application to remove a unilateral notice
• Application for the cancellation of a unilateral notice
• Application for upgrading of a title
• Application to withdraw a caution

Please note that an electronic application to enter a Form A restriction following the severance of a joint tenancy should now be made in the same was as for any other restriction. Use of the E-SJT format has been discontinued.
