Land Registry service opening hours

Land Registry has local offices, customer service teams (that you can call, email or make a appointment to visit in person), and e-service websites (for personal and/or registered business users).

Please refer to the relevant sections below for specific opening hours.

Customer Service

• Telephone enquiries

Monday to Friday: 8am to 6pm

This line is open between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

• Local office opening hours

Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm

• Customer Information Centre

For personal visitors. Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 6pm

Note: You must make an appointment, giving at least 24 hours notice, if you wish to visit between 5 and 6pm.

Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 6pm

This line is open between 8.30am and 6pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Please note that reduced numbers of staff are employed after 5pm on weekdays.

Business e-services

• E-documents prepare, print and submit

Monday to Friday: 6.30am to 10pm

Saturday: 7am  to 5pm

• E-documents day list capture, manual and auto-registration processing

Monday to Friday: 6.30am to 10pm

You can browse any time but can only buy downloads of plans and registers between 7am and 12 midnight, Monday to Saturday.
