    Land Registry's major spend

Land Registry's major spend falls into three main categories:

    Information Systems (IS)
With the largest transactional database in the world and an IT infrastructure providing desktop service to more than 8,000 employees in 26 offices, there is a significant spend on IS development and support services.

    Facilities
A full range of contracts service the office network and provide essential goods and services to staff. While many government frameworks are used, others are negotiated by the procurement team. Policy, procedures, guidance and support are also provided to staff with delegated procurement responsibility.

    Projects
Land Registry has a significant portfolio of projects to support the day-to-day business and our change programme. The most significant of these is e-conveyancing. These projects produce interesting and challenging procurements.
