Welcome to Land Registry's consultations page
When we make proposals that we think help make land registration easier, we always discuss them in user groups and other forums.
If any of them significantly affect practice or procedures, we consult formally, in accordance with the Code of Practice on Consultations (external website, berr.gov.uk).
Anyone can comment during a Land Registry consultation. The discussion period normally lasts for 12 weeks and the observations we receive can make a difference. Go to current consultations to download documents outlining our proposals for change.
You can either respond online or by post. |
