We aim to deliver an equally high-quality service in Welsh and English.

·    Every register template produced in Wales is printed in bilingual format.

·    All headings and standard information on registers of titles in Wales appear in Welsh and English.

·   Individual entries appear in the language (English or Welsh) of the source document.

·   We offer a Welsh language service on the telephone, in written correspondence and in the customer information and Telephone Services centres.

·   We have Welsh speaking staff and, when necessary, external translators.

·   Land Registry welcomes correspondence in Welsh and English and initiates correspondence in Welsh to those who are known to prefer corresponding in Welsh.

·   Land Registry welcomes letters/faxes/emails in Welsh and writes in Welsh to those who prefer corresponding in Welsh.

·   Our website has a Welsh language version www.cofrestrfatir.gov.uk
