Online Annual Review 2005/6

Computer Weekly’s Best Places to Work in IT award

Land Registry has won Computer Weekly’s national Best Places to Work in IT award in the central and local government category. The award recognises the efforts that we have made to support mentoring and development opportunities as well as to foster an environment that supports a work–life balance. The judges commented that Land Registry’s entry showed a good overall situation and noted that its ‘concept working groups’ were an interesting way of getting staff involved in other programmes and activities across the organisation.
