Customer service and operations are at the heart of our business, providing all our customers with fast, accurate and cost-effective land registration services.

Intakes and outputs

It was a record year, with:

  • 31,205,617 applications received (up two per cent on 2003–04)
  • 31,230,345 applications output (up two per cent on 2003-04, our all-time record)
  • outstanding casework down by over 30 per cent (with 94,114 cases still waiting to be processed) - this is the lowest level since modern records began.
