Rule Committee

The Land Registration Rule Committee met on two occasions to consider and approve drafts of land registration rules and orders.

• April 2004 - to consider and approve what are now the Commonhold (Land Registration) Rules 2004 and the Land Registration Fee (Amendment) Order 2004.
• February 2005 - to consider proposed rules to make relatively minor amendments to the Land Registration Rules 2003.
