Technical Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Qualification (TechRICS)

TechRICS is a two-year course that started in May 2004. It is being delivered and developed in partnership with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Candidates work towards an NVQ Level 4 and demonstrate technical competences through a number of assessments supported by Land Registry (RICS approved) assessors. The current students are receiving survey training to enhance their skills in the use of Geodesy, GPS, Total Stations, Transverse Modified Mercator and classic surveying techniques.
