Electronic Records Management System (ERMS)

We are on track to develop our Electronic Records Management System (ERMS) in 2005. This secure storage facility will assist us in effectively managing our structured and non-structured information.We have developed the software with our IT partners, Meridio, and will pilot it at Land Registry’s Stevenage Office and Head Office in London. We will integrate the ERMS with an existing ‘line of business’ casework system, PC Correspondence Archive. We hope to start rolling out ERMS to our other business units between October 2005 and spring 2006.
