The e-conveyancing programme

The e-conveyancing strategy document , published on 17 September 2003, sets out the vision, scope, structure and management of the e-conveyancing programme.

The e-conveyancing programme has been designed to provide a framework to enable the whole legal process from handshake to completion, with registration being performed electronically.
