Welsh language service

We aim to deliver a high quality service in Welsh.

• Every register template produced at our Wales Office is printed in bilingual format.
• All headings and standard information on registers of titles in Wales now appear in Welsh and English. 
• Individual entries now appear in the language (English or Welsh) of the source document.
• We offer a Welsh-speaking service in the Customer Information Centre and Telephone Service Centres.
• Land Registry welcomes correspondence in Welsh, and will write in Welsh to those who prefer corresponding in that language.
• We meet the same speed of service targets for correspondence in Welsh as for English.
