National Customer Service Awards 2003

A team from Land Registry, Peterborough Office has won a prestigious national award - the Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals Award for Innovation in Customer Service - beating some of the biggest names in the private and public sectors. The team had carried out innovative training techniques to help a local firm of solicitors improve the quality of their applications, including the production of an interactive electronic desk aid.
