Land Register Online

Part of our policy of providing choice to our customers in obtaining land registration information includes this web-based service. It is in keeping with government policy to place public services on the internet and is a further step towards the Prime Minister’s 2005 target for the delivery of key public services electronically.

Land Register Online currently provides customers with register views at a fee of £3, payable by credit card. Title plans will be available later this year. The service is being run as a pilot and is not therefore being marketed. Despite this, it is currently attracting more than 1,300 applications a day.

The site was designed with the general public in mind. Our professional customers will probably prefer to continue to use Land Registry Direct and the National Land Information Service.
