Feedback from staff

Following the results from the most recent staff survey, which was conducted in December 2002, each Land Registry office has produced an action plan to address any local issues. Key themes have been incorporated into a national action plan. The national plan includes issues such as training, change management and communication. Each issue has a Land Registry Board owner and the Board is monitoring progress of all action points.
