Health and safety

The number of accidents continued to decrease this year. There were 466 accident book entries with 22 reportable to the Health and Safety Executive under the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations. This figure was down from 496 and 25 respectively the previous year.

The Accident Incident Rate at 5.55 per cent is the lowest we have recorded.
