Welsh language service

We aim to deliver a high quality service in Welsh and we have continued to enhance our provision.

• Every register template produced in Wales is printed in bilingual format
• All headings and standard information on registers of titles in Wales appear in Welsh and English
• Individual entries appear in the language (English or Welsh) of the source document
• Our website has a Welsh language version www.cofrestrfatir.gov.uk
• We offer a Welsh-speaking service in the Customer Information Centre.
• Telephone Services for Wales specialise in Welsh place names.
• Land Registry welcomes letters/faxes/e-mails in Welsh and writes in Welsh to those who prefer corresponding in the language.
• We meet the same speed of service targets for correspondence as those for English.
