Investors in People

The Registry has retained its Investors in People (IiP) accreditation. This involved a three-year review programme conducted by an external assessor and internal comparisons of training and development performance in each business unit. These exercises are part of annual self-assessments against the Excellence model criteria, using an adapted version of the Centre for Management and Policy Studies' Dolphin methodology.
