Inside the Land Registry

Feedback from staff

We conducted our fourth Staff Survey last year. The results have maintained the exceptionally high levels of staff satisfaction reflected in previous staff surveys. Each office and Head Office group in Land Registry has created an action plan to address the specific issues highlighted in the results. A project team has been set up to compile a national action plan and to monitor the ensuing action points. Key issues that were identified by the Staff Survey included internal communication and staff training in PC skills and management skills. The Directing Board intends to review the quality and consistency of training throughout Land Registry, and to implement the recommendations of the Internal Communications Strategy Review.
