Telephone Services
Telephone Services are a popular alternative to postal and online services
for the delivery of preliminary services applications. Our Telephone Services
received an average of 13,000 calls per day, with average call duration of 117
seconds.
We opened our ninth Telephone Service Centre in Swansea. This enables an
extra 14 telephone agents to handle about 1,200 calls per day, increasing our
call answering capacity by approximately 10%.
