Inside the Land Registry

Human Resources (HR) Strategy

Our HR Strategy provides a framework for people policies in the five years ahead. It ensures that we have resources available to meet future needs and deliver high levels of service.

During the year we appointed a new Director of Education & Training whose role will embrace the future development needs of our own registration specialists and those of the wider conveyancing community.

We also took forward the performance management arrangements for the Senior Civil Service (SCS) and developed our plans for new pay and appraisal arrangements at other levels.
