IT Infrastructure

We completed the upgrade of our distributed IT infrastructure to a client/server architecture under public/private partnership arrangements with Compaq. All staff now have access to the systems relevant for their work. For casework staff, this includes computer mapping, 'combined operations' and access to online practice material.

All staff have access to internal e-mail and Intranet facilities. We are currently revising our policies to give greater access to external e-mail and the Internet.
