As well as setting the key performance targets for our development areas, each year the Secretary of State for Justice and Lord Chancellor sets Land Registry a number of key performance indicators (KPIs) ensure our customers continue to receive an excellent land registration service.
Progress towards these KPIs monitored throughout the year by a robust management information system, and performance information is published in a range of formats on a regular basis. |
