If, after the investigation of your complaint, you remain dissatisfied then you may ask for the matter to be internally reviewed by contacting the Head of Corporate Legal Services. If you are still unhappy with the outcome of this review you can refer the complaint to the Information Commissioner. Our aim is to investigate complaints within 20 working days.
