Publication Scheme Introduction Contents Previous Next

Land Registry's Publication Scheme states what information we make available or plan to make available. It will also help you to locate the information that you require quickly. You can obtain information and publications in any of the following ways:

    • download it from our website. References in the scheme to `Website' means the main Land Registry website http://www1.landregistry.gov.uk/. The majority of documents on the website are only available to download as PDF files. To access them you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. The main exceptions are the Land Registry application forms, which are normally available as MS word documents, as well as PDF files.
    • download it from a third party website. Reference in the scheme to any other websites will include the full website address of that site. We take no responsibility for the content of the websites of third parties.
    • purchase it from a listed supplier (for example, The Stationery Office)
    • supplied upon request. References in the scheme to `Request' means a request for information made in writing to the:

      Publication Scheme Officer
      Land Registry, Head Office
      Lincoln's Inn Fields
      London WC2A 3PH
      E-mail: publication.scheme@landregistry.gsi.gov.uk

Part Two of the Scheme sets out the Classes of Information that Land Registry currently holds. These are:

Under each Class there are details of some of the information we already make available or intend to provide, the formats that the information is available in, how to access it and the cost (if any) of obtaining it.
