Title: The Land Registration Act 2002 “Library”
Description: Guidance for Land Registry staff on all aspects of land registration practice and procedure. The guidance is written solely for casework staff and is continuously updated and revised. Any part of the Library that is issued as a result of a request will therefore have limited currency.

As the Library holds a very substantial amount of information, it would be helpful if requestors could specify the area(s) of land registration practice and procedure they require.

The documents are usually displayed on an internal software system which contains various features such as graphics and automatic links which cannot be replicated on paper copies.

Cost: Land Registry charges a fee for this service.
